    Job Description

    The Supply Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects by managing all aspects of supply logistics—from purchasing to organizing and delivering materials. This hands-on position also involves overseeing storage and vehicle upkeep. The Supply Manager acts as a key communicator within the team, provides exceptional client service, and contributes to the overall efficiency and success of the business.

    • Create and maintain a weekly supply delivery and pickup schedule, and communicate it to the team on a consistent basis.

    • Manage supply ordering, inventory, fulfillment, and delivery for projects to ensure materials are ready and available.

    • Assist with preparation and staging of supplies for upcoming jobs.

    • Ensure vehicles are properly loaded, maintained, and ready for team use upon arrival.

    • Safely secure supplies during transport to prevent damage.

    • Provide excellent client service and maintain clear communication with team members.

    • Oversee the scheduling, tasks, and performance of the evening Supply Associate.

    • Submit expenses and required documentation promptly for invoicing.

    • Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance, cleaning, fueling, and record-keeping.

    • Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage units.

    • Deliver items to consignors and nonprofit partners as needed.

    • Model dependability by showing up on time and ready to support the team with the tools and mindset needed for a successful day.

    • Manage time effectively to support multiple clients with punctuality and minimal disruption.

    • Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

    • Complete required training and participate in team meetings.

    • Demonstrates physical dexterity and the fitness required to safely perform tasks involving heavy lifting, bending, and reaching. Must be comfortable in varying weather conditions.

    • Previous experience in logistics, moving, or warehouse work is a plus.

    • Must be comfortable driving an 18' box truck, as well as a 14-ft ProMaster High-Roof Van.

    • Valid driver’s license is required for fleet management, supply deliveries, and other off-site tasks.

    A full time position: This candidate must be available 5 days/week, Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm

    Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.

    Range: $20-$22/hour
