Our Team:

**As a Supply Planner on the Planning Team within Supply Chain, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring inventory availability to meet sales demands, while balancing safety stock, minimizing excess inventory, and meeting customer service requirements. You will work cross functionally in a fast-paced, exciting segment growing double digits annually. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development and maintenance of supply plan of assigned finished goods, considering shelf-life, while balancing network demands with supply capabilities to maintain target stock levels and support on time shipments to customers
• Act as the subject matter expert for tactical execution of offsite co-manufactured items, leading and participating in weekly internal and external meetings to provide and collect relevant updates
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and receive domestic inbound shipments of finished goods post-production into the warehouse
• Execute production & shipping schedules to ensure items are available to fulfill customer demand
• Communicate potential inventory or customer service gaps/risks and potential product spoilage/expiry risk to cross functional partners
• Proactively identify supply constraints and propose solutions to maintain high levels of service
• Partner with procurement and external production facilities to understand contracts, production restrictions or constraints, and available capacity
• Review forecast vs. actual order variation with Demand Planning to minimize expiry risk and out of stocks
• Prepare, analyze and execute monthly production forecasts for internal and external manufacturing partners
• Maintain target levels of inventory of finished goods in transit and at off-site facilities
• Participate in production problem solving and troubleshooting by collaborating with internal and external team members to achieve correct inventory results
• Execute what-if scenarios in the mid and long-term horizon to anticipate end to end planning capabilities required to satisfy demands
• Work with the Supply Chain to identify opportunities for improvement related to capacity planning, productivity, and plan attainment metrics through Continuous Improvement efforts as well as planning system parameters.
• Support execution of new product launches, corrugate displays, relabeling efforts and end of life phases
• Evolve and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for supply planning processes

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain, and/or Logistics
• Minimum of 1-3 years of combined experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Operations or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively engage others as necessary to resolve issues required
• Excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills with a high commitment to meeting schedules
• Experience in fast moving consumer goods with complex supply chains and planning systems preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required (lookups & pivot tables required at a minimum)
• Knowledge of planning & ERP systems strongly preferred: John Galt Atlas, NetSuite
