Job Summary: The Supply Planner will provide logistics support to the 638 SCMG at Robins AFB, assisting Government Supply Planners with tasks related to supply chain systems and processes. The role includes requirements determination, budget execution, and asset management, while providing journeyman-level guidance to less experienced personnel and supporting the Requirements Control Officer (RCO).
Responsibilities:
Assist with supply chain tasks, including requirements determination using ESCAPE/SPM, ABCS file maintenance, and reviewing load lists for buy budgets (Program Execution).
Develop and prepare Purchase Instrument packages using PRPS.
Review and resolve discrepancies related to terminations, buys, repairs, and excess.
Support systems and processes, including:
Execution and Prioritization of Repair Support System (EXPRESS).
National Stock Number (NSN) reviews, D035A actions, and cataloging in D143C/D043A. '
Updating asset status in LIMS-EV.
Reviewing and clearing excess, disposal, front-end screening, and reclamation actions in the Stock Control System. '
Assisting with Form 8s and Form 95s, tracking shipments, and managing terminations of Purchase Instruments or Contracts.
Utilizing WEBSDRs, ILS-S, CIDS, MIAP, MSDIS, DAASINQ, and WEBVLIPS.
Respond to customer phone/email requests for status updates.
Provide logistics expertise to the RCO and guide less experienced personnel.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards (no more than one rejection per deliverable, three total rejections per year) and are submitted on time via WAWF (no more than two late submissions per year).
Respond to requests for assistance within 48 business hours.
Maintain no more than one validated customer complaint per quarter.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Air Force supply chain management
Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required (no interim clearances).
Skills: Expertise in Air Force supply chain systems (ESCAPE/SPM, ABCS, PRPS, EXPRESS, LIMS-EV, D035A, D143C/D043A, WEBSDRs, ILS-S, CIDS, MIAP, MSDIS, DAASINQ, WEBVLIPS) and ability to train others.
Certifications: Submit resumes and copies of relevant certifications to demonstrate qualifications.
Work Environment:
Primarily onsite at Robins AFB, co-located with 638 SCMG personnel.
Situational telework may be authorized with Contracting Officer approval, using only government-approved equipment, at no additional cost to the government.
Core hours: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday; flexible hours (6:00 AM–9:00 AM, 3:00 PM–6:00 PM) permitted.
