    Salary Range: $95,000 – $130,000 annually

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Planner to support production planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination across manufacturing, purchasing, and sales teams. This role ensures materials and production schedules align with customer demand while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Production Planning & Monitoring

    • Monitor production schedules to ensure priorities are followed and deadlines are met
    • Set and manage production work center output targets in coordination with manufacturing teams
    • Identify and resolve production delays, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints

    Inventory Management

    • Establish and maintain target inventory levels for production parts and raw materials
    • Coordinate with purchasing and manufacturing to ensure inventory alignment with production needs
    • Monitor inventory performance and adjust planning parameters as needed

    Cross-Functional Coordination

    • Serve as a liaison between sales, purchasing, and production teams to balance demand and supply
    • Ensure customer requirements are met while optimizing production efficiency and resource utilization

    Reporting & Analysis

    • Create and maintain reports on production status, performance, and efficiency metrics
    • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
    • Support decision-making through accurate forecasting and planning insights

    Qualifications

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

    Experience

    • 3+ years of experience in production planning, supply planning, or manufacturing operations
    • Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with Alteryx or similar data tools is a plus

    Additional Requirements

    • Must be able to work onsite in Grand Prairie, TX
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
    • Strong sense of accountability and follow-through
