  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    A good working knowledge of government supply systems programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals and other established guidelines. Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines. Supply management work with a background in inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization, related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Work usually is segregated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience working with property management applications to include validating data, data quality, troubleshooting and resolved database issues to ensue date integrity.
    • Secret Security Clearance.
    • Must be proficient with computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365) to perform support functions in production control.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate and resolve complex communication or logistical related issues.
    • Ability to work outdoors and throughout all seasons.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience working with property management applications to include validating data, data quality, troubleshooting and resolved database issues to ensue date integrity. Possess excellent work ethic, verbal and written communication skills, and be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions.
    • Experience with Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
    • Hold a minimum of a SECRET security clearance to gain facility and network access.
    • Be able to travel to CONUS and OCONUS.
    • Possess a valid passport.
    • Maintain all certs, if required, to maintain competence.
    • Be able to work in an environment that is fast paced while completing multiple tasks and meeting stringent deadlines.
    • Maintain professional bearing and to be able to communicate tactfully with both military and civilian personnel.

    Additional Information

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.
    • Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
