About the Role:
Security Technology Group Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Support Administrator to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across departments
Manage and respond to internal and external support requests in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
Coordinate scheduling, communications, and correspondence as needed
Assist with onboarding, data entry, and system updates
Troubleshoot administrative issues and escalate when appropriate
Support team leads and management with special projects and reporting
Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer support
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office applications and bookkeeping software like QuickBooks

Requirements:
Prior experience in an administrative, support, or office coordinator role preferred
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a proactive and professional demeanor
Experience in the security or technology industry is a plus
