The Afternoon Support Aide will work year-round 27.5 hours/week primarily with Early Childhood students, covering lunch in one Early Childhood classroom from 12-1:30 pm daily, filling in as a floater from 1:30-2:30 pm, and assisting one classroom in the Early Childhood After School program from 2:30-5:30 pm. The After School Support Aide should be a warm and supportive adult during various times of day for the children - including lunch, afternoons in their primary classroom, and After School. We rely on all After School staff to carry the Montessori philosophy into their dealings with the children (and with other adults) during this critical piece of each child’s day.
