About the Role:

Join Brighton Learning Center, Inc. as a Support/Floater Teacher and make a positive impact on young learners in a nurturing environment. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to support various classrooms and engage with children, fostering their growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson implementation.

Provide individualized support to students to enhance their learning experience.

Supervise and engage children during playtime and structured activities.

Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress.

Adapt to different classroom settings and age groups as needed.

Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Support the implementation of educational programs and curricula.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience working in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children and parents.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Background check clearance as required by state regulations.

Flexibility to work varying hours and support multiple classrooms.
