    Are you a strategic, mission-driven leader with experience in social services? Ready for a change and make a meaningful impact? Jennie Joiner with Forum Group PNW is partnering with a respected Medford, Oregon based nonprofit to find a Support Services Director who will oversee critical program operations, lead a talented team of three, and help shape services that directly impact the community.


    As the Support Services Director, you’ll collaborate with the executive team to guide program design, manage staff and budgets, ensure compliance, and foster community partnerships. The role demands strong leadership, organizational and fiscal management skills, and a passion for service excellence.


    Key Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of leadership experience in social services or a related field
    • Background in nonprofit or government fiscal management
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience or combination thereof.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and program databases
    • Must hold a valid Oregon driver’s license


    This is a full-time, exempt leadership role reporting to the Chief Program Officer. It requires a demonstrated commitment to high-quality service delivery.
