JOB SUMMARY

The Support/Staff assistant provides office coordination and ensures the smooth operation of daily business.

JOB DUTIES

Answering telephone- handling calls from clients-inbound and outbound

Dispatching/Scheduling employees and clients

Tracking employees by GPS and correcting time issues

Client follow ups

Assist on in-house projects as needed

Handling daily deliveries

General housekeeping duties as needed

Other Administrative duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Typing skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Filing and organization

Strong Communication/telephone skills

Customer Service experience preferred

Previous dispatch experience preferred

Meticulous attention to detail

High School Diploma or equivalent

Non-Smoker/Vaper- Smoke Free Work Environment

Must Pass Drug and Background Test
