About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as a Support Staff/Floater/Assistant Teacher! This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with children in a nurturing environment where creativity and learning come together.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.

Provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.

Float between classrooms to support teachers and ensure smooth transitions.

Supervise children during playtime, meals, and other activities.

Help with classroom organization and cleanliness.

Communicate effectively with parents and staff about children's progress.

Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or ECE preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Flexible availability and willingness to adapt to various classroom needs.

Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
