Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing creative, age-appropriate activities

Support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child

Prepare classroom materials and maintain a clean, safe learning environment

Provide individualized care and guidance throughout the day

Communicate regularly with families about children’s progress

Follow health and safety guidelines

Help with daily routines, including meals, diapering, and rest time

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred

Experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting

Dependable, responsible, and team-oriented

Knowledge of basic child development

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Ability to work full time (40 hours per week with one hour break each day)
