Position Overview

As a Support Teacher, you will assist lead teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. You’ll support classrooms as needed, help with daily routines, and build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and supervision

Support children’s learning, social development, and daily routines

Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom

Step into different classrooms as needed for coverage and support

Follow all Primrose School policies, state licensing regulations, and safety procedures

Communicate professionally with team members and families

Qualifications

A genuine passion for working with young children

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Previous childcare or early education experience preferred (but not required)

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Dependable, flexible, and positive attitude

Must meet state background check and training requirements
