Represent the SLS program professionally in meetings, events, and outreach opportunities.
Monitor program effectiveness and suggest adjustments as needed.
Ensure all documentation (billing, timesheets, incident reports, etc.) is completed accurately and submitted on time.
Lead team meetings and communications; help coordinate shift coverage when necessary.
Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members; ensure all hiring requirements are met.
Attend and contribute to IPP meetings with regional center representatives.
Oversee safety, incident reporting, and ensure prompt communication of concerns or incidents.
