DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for caring individuals to providing 24/7 care and support to individuals with their Activities of Daily Living such as:
Personal Care (bathing, dressing, showering, toileting)
Meal Preparation
Light Housekeeping
Medication Reminders
Run Errands/ Shopping
Respite
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid WI Driver's License
Automobile Liability Insurance
Have or Obtain Auto Liability Insurance (100/300/100) Liability Amounts
Have Reliable Transportation
Able To Pass Criminal and Caregiver Background Check
Maintain Professional Boundaries
Must Be Willing to Travel Up To 30 Miles from Home
Must Be Able to Assist Clients with Personal Care. (Bathing, Dressing, Showering, Toileting)
Ability to Show Kindness and Compassion to Those We Serve
Ability to Treat Others and Their Property with Respect and Dignity
Must Be 18 Years or Older, with a High School Diploma or equivalent
Must Pass Pre-Employment Physical. Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs, twist, bend, squat, reach, push, pull from high/low position, raise arms above shoulder, walk, sit, and climb stairs; may be repetitive.
