Responsibilities: • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients to diagnose mental health conditions. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and therapy. • Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. • Document client progress/outcomes in notes punctually. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to patients. • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies. • Meets agency productivity standards. Qualifications: • Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of Connecticut. • Specialization in mental health. • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health care. • Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment modalities. • Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with psychiatric disorders. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • US Work Authorization. Compensation: $60 - $75 hourly
