OFFICE ASSISTANT
We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to assist Purchasing and Accounting Manager. This is an entry level position with opportunities for advancement. To be successful, the right candidate must possess creative problem-solving skills, demonstrate consistent attention to detail and have strong organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Purchasing Manager & Accounting Manger to ensure optimal department operation.
- Entering orderings into order entry system.
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Interact with customers, vendors, and Senior Management daily.
- Maintain and create accurate spreadsheets.
- Assist in research for new and ongoing projects.
- Preform other administrative tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects, while prioritizing to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Salary will be based on experience and skill level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
