    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support our client relations team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring client satisfaction and facilitating effective communication between clients and our organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

    Client Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they receive the necessary information and support to get started.

    Documentation and Records: Maintain organized and up-to-date client records, contracts, agreements, and contact information.

    Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the client relations team and other internal departments to address client concerns and provide effective solutions.

    Client Feedback: Collect and relay client feedback to the appropriate teams, helping to identify areas for improvement and advocating for client needs.

    Support Services: Provide administrative support to the client relations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing client files.

    Client Engagement: Assist in developing and executing client engagement initiatives, such as surveys, events, or follow-up calls.

    Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on client interactions, client status, and related data.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

    Prior experience in a client-facing role or customer service.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

    Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

    A proactive and client-centric mindset, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
