E-Commerce Company seeks qualified and proficient Amazon Account Manager.

This position entails administering all activity related to the company’s Amazon accounts, such as listings, ratings, comments and more, as well as actively working to grow and expand the company sales quotient and amazon presence.

Responsibilities:

• Direct all accounts related activity.
• Follow all current, developing and new Amazon guidelines and ensure company compliance.
• Evaluate account traffic and product sales.
• Make recommendations for product procurement and item presentation.
• Conduct research and market comparison.
• Generate reports.
• Establish product pricing, sales, specials, promotions and more.
• Proactive in promoting the company's Amazon presence.
• Monitor item listings, ratings, comments, etc.
• Provide customer assistance, respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
• Other related duties.

Skills:

• 3 years of related work experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Amazon selling practices, procedures and policies.
• Familiar with Amazon sales and marketing.
