Our client, an insurance brokerage agency specializing in property and casualty insurance, is seeking a detail-oriented Licensed P&C Rep with expertise in managing client accounts to join their team.

The ideal candidate will gather all required documentation from clients based on their insurance needs, manage renewals, update clients on coverage requirements, process claims efficiently, and handle all necessary certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and organize all necessary documentation from clients to facilitate insurance coverage, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding upcoming policy renewals, providing them with necessary documentation and guidance throughout the renewal process.
• Collect and review information from all parties involved in insurance claims, liaising with insurers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Manage all certification requirements, staying up-to-date with industry regulations and ensuring compliance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Regularly review client policies to identify potential gaps in coverage or opportunities for optimization, providing recommendations accordingly.
• Collaborate effectively with sales and bookkeeping teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless client experiences.
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the agency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Must possess a valid property and casualty insurance license.
• Proven ability to effectively manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
