    Job Description

    SURECRITIC is a growing software-as-a-service company, focused on measuring customer experience and providing the tools for customer retention. In this role, you will be directly supporting our platform, products and services by working onsite, supporting one of our enterprise clients. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to interface with key stakeholders and executives regularly.

    This position will be reporting to the Director of Client Services and indirectly to the client stakeholders. This position is a client interface position. You will be working with the client every day in this role. We are looking for a “people person” with experience collaborating and problem-solving. You need to be proactive and have some experience working on the account side. You also need to have a working understanding and client-side reporting and experience/desire to get into the numbers when requested/required. Candidates with automotive related account management experience are preferred.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide after-sales support based on client needs
    • Build strong client relationships through regular communication, strong collaboration and timely concern resolution
    • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
    • Coordinate with Account Executives to communicate clients wants and needs and report on the status of the account
    • Identify and escalate issues
    • Manage requests and status of those request via program tracker
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Analyze program(s) data and provide meaningful insights
    • Use SureCritic products and services to support client’s needs
    • This role resides onsite with the client and will report indirectly to the client

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales is required
    • Previous experience managing reports and using and understanding data to answer client questions is required
    • Previous experience working for a software-as-a-service company would be a plus
    • Previous industry experience in the automotive vertical is strongly preferred
    • 4-year college degree required

    SKILLS:

    • Strong people skills
    • Ability to listen to client needs and work collaboratively towards the best solution
    • Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills required
    • Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow-through
    • Ability to understand and explain KPI and ad hoc reports generated by our platform
    • Strong written and oral communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate best practices and requirements to peers, the customer and management.
    • Conflict resolution and problem-solving are required
    • Experience with business support tools including BI dashboard, MS Excel or the like.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Able to travel, as required, domestically
