JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to design software and platforms that meet people’s needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.

In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.

Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Conduct concept usability testing and gather feedback
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).
• Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
• Work closely with other designers, developers, and business analysts to implement attractive, user-friendly designs
• Communicate design ideas to a cross-functional team
• Stay ahead of competitor products and industry trends
• Ask questions, gather data, and analyze data.
• Use a diverse set of UX/UI tools.
• Constantly look for ways to improve our UX/UI processes and methods.
• Promote a user-first culture in our company.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s or MS in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience)

REQUIREMENTS

• Three or more years of UX/UI Design experience
• Strong portfolio of design/software products
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Invision, Adobe)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
• Experience with remote testing tools (Maze, User Testing & others)
• A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
• Excellent time-management skills
