Responsibilities: * Focus on connecting clients' business goals with the purchased solution(s) * Aptitude to identify growth opportunities with the client * Gain an understanding of client requirements with the ability to document and implement solutions * Advocate for clients' needs and provide feedback to internal teams on how SurePrep can better serve such clients * Build deep, meaningful relationships with client leads and their teams * Work with all involved stakeholders to maintain high levels of client satisfaction Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience * Highly organized and able to work collaboratively across multiple organizations (Sales, Success, Product, Development, Client Support) * Working knowledge of: * Structured Query Language (SQL) * Application Programming Interface (API) * Software installation processes and ability to troubleshoot * Aptitude to learn technical information quickly and apply it appropriately across projects * Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to provide interactive guidance on best practices * Persistent and direct communication with clients EEO Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
