    Job Description

    The Outreach.io Program Manager will ensure the optimal use of Outreach.io when engaging both clients and prospects.  You will work closely with sales, marketing, client success and product teams to ensure the system is optimized.  This role will be the frontend system administrator and gatekeeper for all Outreach content, processes, and reporting. 

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

     

    ·        Create sequences, templates, snippets, and meeting types within Outreach.io

    ·        Test, analyze, and review content to ensure optimal performance and improve results

    ·        Conduct analysis to identify trends and generate reports on effectiveness and adoption

    ·        Maintenance of rulesets, profiles, org settings, user settings, and other configurations.

    ·        Maintenance of triggers and other automated processes.

    ·        Maintenance and enforcement of strict tagging and collections protocols.

    ·        Maintain the Outreach sync with Salesforce, including mapping new fields, configuring settings, and resolving sync errors

    ·        Help maintain CRM database cleanliness across a tech stack that includes Outreach.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo

    ·        Work with the Marketing Team to discover leads in ZoomInfo and segment these leads for Outreach.io sequencing

    ·        Ensure BDR and Sales Team onboarding and setup of Outreach.io is exceptional

    ·        Run standard Office Hours, conduct trainings, and create documentation to increase user adoption

    ·        Assist Sales with call tasks as needed

    ·        Providing Outreach tech support in house

    ·        Share best practices

     

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

    • BA/BS or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years experience with Outreach.io or like technology
    • Outreach Administrator certification is desired but not required
    • Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, is a must
    • Enthusiasm for collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams when advising on and creating campaigns
    • Intimate knowledge of sales and marketing messaging and the copywriting skills to translate solution, product, or vertical topic into sales-ready emails
    • Familiarity with Account Based Selling strategy
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience training and supporting Outreach users
    • Extremely strict organizational abilities and attention to detail
