As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with commercial customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique. Customers don’t know that they need them. Your job is to educate customers about how we can help. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new things and solving problems.

No experience in sales needed!

You don't need to have sales experience, but you do need to like to work with people.

We will train you in our sales process.

If you have some experience with customers, great!

Some successful candidates have worked in the building, home improvement (Lowes, Home Depot), apartment, hotel and real estate industries. Others have sold flooring, countertops, or cabinets, but others just had retail experience and a love for helping customers.

Job Benefits:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.

On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups

Meeting customers in a variety of industries including apartments, property management, hotels, movers, construction and real estate

Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships

Educating about Surface Experts capabilities and limitations

Earning the trust of our customers

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Our sales process

We give you the script to help you sell confidently and help you practice

Educate customers about what we do

Use our CRM to track customers from lead to work order and all steps in between

Required Qualifications:

Experience working with customers

Energy and motivation to set and achieve goals

License to operate a passenger car and a clean driving record

Professional attitude and a love of working with people

Great skills to have:

General working knowledge of property management, hotels or construction industry

Experience using CRM tool and process

Experience working in base + commission environment

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year + bonus
