Surface Experts is a growing franchise system based in Spokane, WA. We currently have 60 franchises around the country and are supporting them from our main office in the historic Steam Plant building in downtown Spokane. Our small team of customer service representatives work together in our Support Center. We working every day to build a great culture of supporting one another and helping our franchise owners succeed.
The role we are hiring for is to support our franchises and their customers through the following:
Answering inbound calls from customers and franchise owners
Scheduling jobs for technicians
Assisting franchise owners with administrative tasks
Using online software to manage details
Working closely with the Support Center Team
Answering questions from customers about repairs
Supporting salespeople in the field nationwide
Taking part in regular meetings and training
