To establish and lead a nationally recognized market for surface repair as an alternative to replacement or complete refinishing. Our brand is synonymous with spot repair among all facilities and maintenance management.

We are a national franchise and are in the process of growing our local team. We are looking for a person to fill a part time to eventual full time field technician role. Both men and women make great Surface Experts techs, but there are a few requirements that help us determine whether someone will have the skill set to be able to learn quickly.

Requirements:

Work well with hands/Problem solve outside the box on occasion with team support and feedback to complete repair. Strong communication skills with SE Team & clients using text, email, phone.

Experience of working with your hands, using hand tools and air brush; Home improvement whether that’s in construction, manufacturing or even a hobby is a great attribute!

Repairs can be on any interior hard surface such as flooring, walls, sinks, tubs, counters, cabinets; from 1/4" to a plate size spot. Kneeling, standing, bending required, but NO frequent heavy lifting. Most repairs take 60-90 minutes generally.

Typical repair involves assessing damage (communicate to Lead Tech anytime for assistance); clean, prep area; apply appropriate fill compounds; sand, color match and blend designed surface; seal.

It is helpful, but not necessary to have an art or craft background. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. If you are color blind then this is not the job for you.

We are only interested in hiring someone who can make at least a 2-year commitment and wanting a long term position; clean driving record and kind character towards customers, our SE Team and new clients.

Have a great driving record. Clean drug testing-

Responsible and desire of being punctual and timely for appointments and completing work.
