We are looking for a person to fill our field technician role - nearly anyone can make great Surface Experts repair technician!Our services are unique, so part of your role is to educate and build trust with our customers. You don’t need an extensive background, if you are curious, teachable and eager, we can coach you to be successful in the business. We are looking for someone who fits our culture of serving others, being a problem solver and trusting the process.

Requirements:

Experience of working with your hands, whether that’s in construction, cosmetology, manufacturing, art, or even a hobby

Understanding color and how to match color, texture, finish is a large part of what we do

Ready to work with pace

We will train and coach the technical skills necessary for restorations
