Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Creative Repair Specialist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance or repairing various household items, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellence in every repair project. A large portion of our work is within multi-family settings, repairing damaged surfaces as tenants vacate their homes prior to new occupants moving in.
Responsibilities:
Repair and restore damaged bathtubs, counters, floors, and cabinets to impeccable condition.
Assess the extent of damage and determine the most effective repair techniques and materials.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific repair needs and provide professional recommendations on surfaces we repair.
Ensure all repair work meets company standards for quality and durability.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and service vehicle.
Requirements:
Ability to see color and match effectively, as this is a large part of what we do day to day.
Show a willingness to learn repairing bathtubs, counters, floors, and cabinets or general maintenance with mechanical or hand tools.
Proficient in using repair tools, materials, mobile apps and techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work consistently.
Excellent communication skills and a focus on providing a high level of customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
