    Scheduler - Technician Router

    Schedulers help keep our business running smoothly. Their key responsibilities include answering phones, and scheduling repairs and sales appointments. Schedulers are often the “face” and “voice” that our customers encounter first. Candidates need to have excellent communication and computer skills and keen attention to detail.

    We are looking for a full-time scheduler to work at Surface Experts - South Denver. The scheduler will be responsible for booking repairs and sales appointments. You must have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to accurately record, manage, and oversee data. Previous experience in scheduling and calendar software is not required but is a plus. You will be in charge of answering phone calls and emails from clients and potential clients, as well as scheduling/confirming appointments for repairs and sales stops. If any scheduling issues occur, it will be your responsibility to resolve these issues as well. You should be hardworking and have the ability to resolve any communication issues that may occur.     Typical Duties & Responsibilities

    Schedule and manage repairs for the technician routes and efficiency

    Track Add-Ons and upload repair pictures

    Schedule sales stops when calls come in

    Call for appointment reminders

    Answer phones

    Resolve questions and complaints

    Handle paper and electronic files

    Send estimates and update accounts for the sales team

    Work 4-6 hours per day depending on whats needed

    Education & Experience

    Schedulers should have a high school diploma or equivalent. An associate degree in a business field would be helpful, although it isn’t required.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

    Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with customers, staff, and ownership

    Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information

    Organizational skills and the ability to multitask

    Calm, professional demeanor

    Attention to detail
