We Offer:

Pay range of $18 to $23 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses

Pay raise following paid training program completion

Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician, with further grow opportunities within the company

No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)

Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Hiring Process

Duties:

Drive to our customers to perform the jobs scheduled for the day

Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff

Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool

Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process

Problem-solve repairs with creativity

Communicate with the support team if questions arise
