We are seeking an Outside Technical Sales Engineer to promote and sell our company's products and services to both current and prospective clients.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Establish and cultivate a network of resources to identify potential sales leads.
- Schedule appointments with new and existing customers within the assigned territory.
- Engage with customers and prospects to understand their specific product/service requirements and recommend suitable offerings.
- Effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of our products/services based on customer needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication and relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction; address any post-sale concerns or issues.
- Keep existing and previous customers informed about new products, services, and enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, orders, lost business, and customer/vendor relationship concerns, using a CRM program.
- Provide regular sales forecasts for the assigned territory.
- Complete any other assigned duties as needed.

- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to travel as required.
