Compensation: Initial pay rate at $20 hourly
Joining Bonus:
- First 30 Days - $500
- Second 60 Days - $500
- Last 90 Days - $1,000
Availability: First Shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Essential Skills/Abilities/Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Forklift experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Capability to work overtime as per the requirement.
** Physical Demands:**
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds at times.
- Extended periods of standing.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Receiving customer parts for surface polishing.
- Ensuring that parts meet the customer's specifications.
- Using forklifts.
- Working with hand tools and some power tools.
- Following safety procedures.
- Reviewing quality policy on a weekly basis.
- Documenting discrepancies in incoming parts inventory and addressing them promptly.
- Inspecting parts before preparing them for damage from suppliers and notifying management.
- Double-checking all work before processing.
- Loading/unloading media into machines.
- Preparing bowls/MVs for the next load.
- Preparing parts for cleaning after the process ends.
- Washing parts as per SOP.
- Assisting in the preparation of parts for shipping.
- Assisting management with other assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Maintaining production - Completing the necessary cleaning and maintenance duties.
