The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day activities and management of the warehouse.
Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain an accurate inventory database for the warehouse.
Coordinate and schedule the movement of products in and out of the warehouse, including the storage and shipment of finished products.
Develop and implement a daily production and shipping plan, ensuring excess stock is stored in the warehouse.
Manage the daily flow of finished products by rearranging storage space assignments.
Ensure product availability to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
Identify and report slow-moving product and, with approval, arrange for the removal of the product.
Manually handle, repack, or restack pallets of finished products as needed.
Operate forklift trucks as required.
Document all related activities and complete forms and reports.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Enter and confirm orders using the P21 system.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Perform other related duties as instructed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Great organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Basic understanding of the company's product codes and terminology or ability to learn them quickly.
Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound judgments regarding inventory.
Experience operating a forklift.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
At least two years of experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds as needed.
Ability to move around the warehouse.
