OVERVIEW:
*THIS IS AN INTERNAL, IN-OFFICE POSITION AT SURGE STAFFING HEADQUARTERS LOCATION.
We are looking for individuals with great customer service skills, including excellent rapport building, phone & listening skills, and time management. Day-to-day activities will include assisting branches with our Payroll/Time & Labor platform, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and providing support with other payroll related matters.
The position requires a detail-oriented, solution-driven individual, who can operate well under pressure while remaining calm and maintaining a positive demeanor.
