Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Surgery/Referral Coordinator to join our dynamic healthcare team. A Team Player who is outgoing, friendly, pays attention to detail. This position will be responsible for scheduling surgeries for 1 provider, assist front receptionist, answer calls, call on referrals, schedule patients, insurance verification's and authorizations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in surgical coordination or referrals.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, surgical procedures, and healthcare insurance processes.

Proficiency in EHR systems

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient care.
