    SurgiReal Products, Inc. is seeking an Education Medical Sales Representative to join our team! SurgiReal is located in Loveland, Colorado and is a growth-phase company that strives to give patients, students and educators confidence in their results by providing high fidelity surgery simulation products. Our goal is to promote better patient outcomes through better education.

    The Education Medical Sales Representative will achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling SurgiReal’s products. Representative will contact and secure new business accounts/customers utilizing telephone and email outreach. This position will focus solely on new business. 

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prospect for new contacts in the Higher Ed space.
    • Conduct outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads. SurgiReal will provide a consistent source of leads throughout the month for rep to contact
    • Promote/sell/secure orders from prospective customers through a consultative, relationship-based approach.
    • Educates prospects and customers about SurgiReal’s products and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
    • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
    • Provide clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective customers.
    • Create and manage a customer value plan for customers highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities.
    • Refer customer needs, problems, interests and potential for new products and services to management.
    • May participate in trade shows and conventions.
    • Other duties, as defined by SurgiReal

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • 3+ years sales experience 
    • 2+ years phone sales experience
    • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent sales experience)  
    • Consultative sales approach
    • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills (written, verbal)
    • Adaptable & Well Organized
    • Solution-seeking with a Positive Attitude (Team Player)

    COMPENSATION

    • Year one on target earnings salary of $55,000 including commission
