    • Prepare base mapping for engineering design projects
    • Process raw field data, apply linework codes, and create surfaces and contours
    • Collaborate with surveyors and engineers to resolve discrepancies or clarify field conditions
    • Maintain drawing standards and organize CAD files in accordance with project requirements
    • Assist with QA/QC of survey deliverables before final submittal

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in land surveying CAD drafting
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (including surfaces, alignments, and point management)
    • Strong understanding of boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS survey procedures
    • Experience processing survey data using Trimble Business Center, Leica Infinity, or similar
    • Familiarity with municipal, DOT, or public-sector project standards a plus
    • Ability to read and interpret deeds, plats, and engineering plans
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment

    • LSIT or CST certification is a plus but not required

    Why This Role?

    • Work on meaningful, community-impacting infrastructure projects
    • Exposure to a wide variety of project types, from small utility upgrades to multi-phase municipal roadway improvements
    • Stable, growing team with a strong reputation for quality work and client service
