Adam Search Group is hiring a Survey Crew Chief for a fantastic client of ours near Port Clinton, Ohio!

If you have 5+ years of field surveying experience and are ready to take the lead on boundary, topographic, and construction layout projects, this is a great opportunity to work with a well-respected engineering firm that values accuracy, autonomy, and growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and perform boundary, topographic & construction surveys
• Use AutoCAD/MicroStation to process data and prepare deliverables
• Conduct land records research and calculations
• Coordinate with engineers and surveyors to meet project needs
• Maintain CAD standards and meet ODOT & local guidelines
• Travel as needed – valid driver’s license required

What You’ll Need:

• Strong field knowledge and ability to work in varying terrain
• Familiarity with Trimble, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and survey field equipment 
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly
• 4-year degree in surveying or related field (or equivalent experience)
• SI Certificate preferred or willing to obtain within one year
