Your Role:
As a Survey Crew Chief, you will perform a variety of tasks that ensure the accuracy and success of our surveying and engineering projects. More specifically, the duties will include:

• Operate Equipment: Skillfully operate and care for survey instruments with precision.
• Operate Company Vehicles: Travel to and from project sites safely and keep assigned vehicles in proper working order and professional appearance.
• Conduct Field Surveys: Perform various topographic and boundary surveys, construction layout, utility investigation, and as-builts with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communication: Produce detailed field notes, upload and download of daily data and communicate effectively with multiple project managers daily.
• Ensure Accuracy: Deliver all tasks with a high level of accuracy and meet project deadlines consistently.
• Physical Readiness: Regularly carry stakes and survey equipment up to 50 lbs and adapt to various field conditions.

What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Experience: At least 5 to 8 years of field experience in Land Surveying.
• Skills and Attributes: A valid driver's license, strong problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
