We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Instrument Operator to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the Crew Chief to complete boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction stakeout surveys.
- Operate total stations, GPS equipment, and data collectors with accuracy and care.
- Maintain and calibrate survey instruments.
- Keep detailed field notes and assist with data collection and processing.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in land surveying
- Familiarity with total stations, GPS units, and digital data collection tools.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Ability to take direction and work well in a team setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Trimble, Leica, or Topcon equipment.
- Prior construction or civil infrastructure experience.
- Interest in growing into a Crew Chief or Survey Technician role.
