Are you a survey professional with a passion for LiDAR and geospatial workflows? We're looking for a Survey Project Manager to join our Charlotte office and take ownership of the LiDAR-based production pipeline. This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands the power of TerraScan and TerraMatch, and can drive workflow efficiencies—not just operate the software.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Lead LiDAR processing projects from start to finish across mobile, aerial (manned & unmanned), and terrestrial platforms.
    • Use TerraScan for classification and TerraMatch for strip-to-strip alignment and accuracy improvements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop, refine, and optimize workflows for point cloud data.
    • Support production staff and help train and mentor technicians in using TerraSolid tools more efficiently.
    • Interface with teams using TopoDOT, MicroStation, and other geospatial tools to support data extraction and deliverables.
    • Troubleshoot processing bottlenecks and propose solutions that reduce post-processing effort and increase throughput.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven experience managing geospatial/LiDAR survey projects.
    • Advanced proficiency in TerraScan and TerraMatch—you know how to make these tools sing.
    • Familiarity with TopoDOT, MicroStation, and point cloud extraction workflows.
    • A mindset focused on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
    • Strong understanding of strip-to-strip alignment, point classification, and best practices in data refinement.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Why Join Us?

This is more than a production role. You’ll be instrumental in evolving how we deliver LiDAR data, working alongside a team that values innovation and efficiency. If you’re ready to step into a leadership position in the geospatial world, we’d love to talk.
