    We are looking for a Survey Project Manager with a NC Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license to join our team in South Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a skilled survey professional who wants to take on a leadership position, work on a diverse range of projects, and grow into an ownership opportunity—without a buyout requirement.

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage and execute survey projects, specializing in construction staking for residential, multifamily, and commercial developments.
    • Handle drafting and survey production using Carlson Survey and AutoCAD.
    • Oversee and coordinate field crews to ensure efficient project completion.
    • Conduct boundary, topographic, and geospatial surveys, including projects for the City of Charlotte’s on-call contracts.
    • Maintain high accuracy and efficiency in deliverables while managing multiple projects.
    • Collaborate with leadership and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.

    What We’re Looking For

    • NC Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license (or ability to obtain).
    • Proficiency in Carlson Survey and AutoCAD for survey drafting.
    • Experience in construction staking, boundary, and topographic surveys.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee field crews.
