We are seeking detail-oriented and insightful individuals to join our team as Survey Quality & Effectiveness Testers. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly evaluating the quality, clarity, and effectiveness of our questionnaires before they are distributed to real respondents.

Your feedback will directly influence improvements in survey design, helping us ensure our questionnaires are easy to understand, logically structured, and capable of capturing high-quality data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned questionnaires as a test participant under realistic conditions

• Provide written and/or verbal feedback on:

  • Question clarity, relevance, and potential bias

  • Flow and logic of question order

  • Survey length and respondent fatigue

  • Instructions, formatting, and usability (especially on digital platforms)

• Identify issues such as confusing wording, technical errors, or repetitive questions

• Suggest improvements to enhance respondent comprehension and data reliability

• Participate in debriefs or follow-up discussions when needed

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

• Excellent written communication for providing clear, actionable feedback

• Experience with surveys (as a participant, researcher, or tester) is a plus

• Ability to complete tasks on time and follow guidelines accurately

• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or mobile device
