Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Survey Technician to assist with Stakeouts and Resolutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in converting raw data files, possess strong CAD skills, and have a keen eye for detail. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our survey operations and has the potential to evolve into a Field Manager position in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Stakeouts and Resolutions to ensure precise and accurate surveying results.
• Convert raw data files into usable formats for analysis and project planning.
• Utilize CAD software to create and update survey drawings and maps.
• Support the Survey Department Manager in various tasks to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Maintain organized records of survey data, project files, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the survey team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Stay updated on the latest surveying techniques, software, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Certified Survey Technician (CST) certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software is required.
• Experience with converting raw survey data into usable formats.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
