In-Office Only in Cary, NC This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position with an attractive benefits package. We are located in the Lawrence Building in Cary, NC, and in-person attendance is required. We are a seven-person team serving over 100 small business clients with a variety of bookkeeping, training, and advisory services. Responsibilities: • Categorization of transactions • Reconciliation of bank and credit cards • Payroll processing • Filing and payment of Sales Tax • Invoicing • Accounts Payable Qualifications: • We are looking for a QuickBooks Online savvy bookkeeper with at least three years of experience with direct client service • The ideal candidate will have a nuanced understanding of bookkeeping services and an expert ability to clearly and effectively communicate information to clients • Beyond simply preparing reports, we explain to clients the significance of the results and we outline various options so that they can make informed decisions for their personalized course of action and continued success • We would love to see candidates who already have QuickBooks certification, but if you do not, it is required in the first 60 days of employment. You may complete this process during work hours, or on your spare time, if you are eager to finish quickly Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly, bonuses
