    Open Position: Facility Manager We are looking for a full-time self-starter to join our team. Seeking someone with strong sales and marketing skills, customer service excellence and ability to develop and maintain business relationships. We strive to keep our properties above standard levels. Our team members are eager and willing to assist all customer with their moving & storage needs, knowing they have the support and encouragement of 24-7 Automated Storage Management team.

    Responsibilities & Duties: Storage Unit Rentals Receiving and processing payments Sales and Marketing to local community Collection process of delinquent accounts Daily walk through / lock check of facility Daily Bank Deposits Property maintenance and upkeep Daily communication to Operations Manager

    Qualifications: Customer Service Experience Sales Driven Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Email, Outlook, Word & Excel) Clean driving record, valid driver license & proof of insurance Able to pass random drug test

    Preferred Qualifications: Availability to travel with fair notice for company functions Bi-Lingual (English to Spanish) language a plus Storage Facility experience
