Now Hiring: Sushi Chef 📍 The Joint Sushi & Tapas – Ocean Beach, San Diego

We're looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our tight-knit team at The Joint Sushi & Tapas. We pride ourselves on using very high-quality ingredients, sourcing all of our fish from International Marine Products, one of the top seafood distributors in Los Angeles.

If you're passionate about sushi, thrive in a high-volume environment, and take pride in your craft—we want to meet you.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a sushi chef

Strong knife skills and knowledge of proper handling, prep, and storage

Team player with a positive, respectful attitude

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Ability to handle volume while maintaining quality and presentation

Must have reliable transportation

Open availability preferred (days, nights, weekends)
