Shokunin is looking for aspiring and experienced sushi chefs to prepare and serve delicious and fresh sushi bites to our guests. Come join the Scratch Restaurants Family as a Shokunin Sushi Chef !
Duties of the trade:
Experience with forming sushi by the company standards
Abide by all food safety handling practices
Be able to attend all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work
Work with an open mind and be ready to learn from the experience of the Head Chef
Maintain a neat and organized station
Be able to interact with our guests
Be able to communicate with your team
Compliant with all food certifications and training
Preference:
1-2 years of sushi experience
Valid Food Handling certification
