You are responsible for sharing the Sushi Guy Co. story, providing world class hospitality to every guest and consistently serving a quality product.To succeed as a team member at Sushi Guy Co., you must be a team player, willing to get your hands dirty and want to create a world class experience for every guest.

 YOU WILL:

• provide not just good, but great customer service to every guest

• maintain cleanliness of the serving line, dining room, restrooms and storage areas

• maintain full awareness of the menu, including ingredients, assembly, sides and drinks

• learn to present all Sushi Guy Co. menu items in a manner that is suitable to Sushi Guy Co.'s quality standards

• share the Sushi Guy Co. concept + story through the entire serving process

• answer all guest questions, concerns and respond to any hesitation or objection

• maintain Sushi Guy's high quality food safety standards by adhering to all recipes and procedures
